Perfect!
I have been looking for a tripod floor lamp for several months. This one is just perfect. It's just the right height and the bamboo stand is beautiful. Great for a minimalist/ Scandi look. It looks much more expensive than it was. Easy to assemble. Delivery was quick and I was updated regularly. Great product and great service. Would definitely recommend.

Flimsy weak brackets but huge butterfly bolts.
This came with so much packaging, the item is nice but poorly thought out, brackets that hold the shelf so thin and delicate they break. I ended up replacing a broken one with another small bracket, why on earth use these type of brackets that have hardly any welding. I kept the item because i couldn't be bothered to return it with all the packaging and because i was able to fix the item myself.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
