I order this and was told it was shipped, waited two weeks to be told nothing has been shipped or processed.
However, the Team was swift and polite enough to get it sorted as well keeping in touch with me.

This has managed to get a lot of mine and my partners clothes on. It’s quite tall though and very industrial but does the job for us living in a small flat. It doesn’t take up too much space.

Sadly not made properly
I bought this on the basis of another review.
The item came, very badly made, welds to pieces that take the legs and the strain of the weight not complete, large gaps, not willing to try to load it with clothing as I know in time this will fail, still awaiting collection details 5 days later!

Terrible experience trying to return product
The product in principle is good, however it was the incorrect size (it’s very big) and I’ve tried multiple times using the channels available to organise a return with no success. The courier did not show up and Robert Dyas were unable to book another return in their system. This process unfortunately completely put me off purchasing from this company ever again.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
