Easy to assemble and works well
It comes out of the box in a few pieces so it needed assembly. Not difficult and once done plugged it in and it just worked. It is quite silent as promised so I'm very pleased with it and it didn't break the bank.

Excellent
Excellent fan. Bit tricky to assemble due to the tiny nut needed for the final section. No wonder spares were provided! However, since we got it, the fan has been in regular use and works brilliantly. It's also relatively quiet.

Great fan
I used this fan in a B&B where we were staying during some hot weather about a month back. It worked effectively and was quiet - so I decided to buy one. Robert Dyas had it listed for a good price, and the fan was delivered promptly without charge. Assembly was fairly straightforward and the fan has worked fine since. Very pleased overall.

Great performance
I brought this about a month ago. Have been very pleased with the performance. I found the 3 speeds worked well. Only slight down side, it was slightly noisier than my previous one.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
