Excellent
This is my 3rd Igenix Fan. Extremely quiet, quite lightweight to move around.
Have purchased a 3rd Fan, due to the Extreme Heat, as a standby, just in case one of my other Fans, decide to malfunction, as my 1st Fan is 5 years old, but at the mo, is still going strong.
This Fan Highly Recomended.

Very short cord
Very disappointed to find the power corn on this is extremely short. A fan needs to be placed where you need it to be but because the cord is so short it requires to be placed near a power socket.

Go for metal
I’ve discovered that you can only expect so much from fans made of plastic and you really have to pay a bit more and go for the metal ones, so unfortunately I sold this one to a friend for a tenner and bought a metal one.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
