i have been wanting a new ironing board for a long time, this model was recommended by the which magazine so i bought it, it is well made and bigger than my old board,so ironing is quicker.

Excellent for ironing bed linen
I bought this to speed up ironing bed linen, which it has delivered for me! The width makes it so much easier/faster. Bit more tricky for shirts because the point is quite broad, so I've kept my old skinnier ironing board for clothes.

Good board, minor faults in design
Good large ironing surface but board spoiled by steam droplets falling through gap in iron holder. Would be better if it was one complete surface. Also cord gets trapped between iron holder and board- a little redesigning wouldn't go amiss.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
