Maine coon cats
Amazing i have 5 Maine coon cats and they need to be kept stimulated and busy or they will find things u dont want them to this toy keeps them active snd busy i bought 2 but need another 2

Cat doesn’t like it
On paper the toy looks great, in reality the sound it produces scares the cat to the point where she sits on the other side of the room staring at it. It is however well made and I’m sure to some cats this toy might be fun - just not mine.

I have to say that I don't think this product is worth the money I paid. The batteries for it are quite expensive and having only used it about three times they already need replacing as the speed of the mouse is now very slow.

Cat toy
Bought this toy for my daughter's cat. It sits in the cupboard, unused, after added expensive of four batteries to operate it , cat not interested, can't see many pets that would n e. Very disappointed .

Not a success. my cats threstened to leave home !
Unfortunately my two cats were scared of the product, both are 15 tears old though, and both prefer the old piece of chewed string for exercise.

Noisy, terrifies cats! And RD won't let me return
This toy is terrible! The motor is noisy like a hair dryer, which means that cats are absolutely terrified of it. My two cats, who generally love all toys, run out the room whenever I switch it on. I'm very disappointed at the false advertising too: We saw this toy advertised on a video screen in our local Robert Dyas shop, but the noise was edited out of the video so it was impossible to know how loud the motor is. When I tried to return it, I was refused a refund even though I had the receipt, because the toy was bought as a gift and I didn't have the debit card it was purchased with. Absolutely disappointed in every way.

Do NOT buy
We have bought two of these in the last month at £19.99 each. Both do now not work. Along with the cost of batteries it's too expensive and a complete waste of money.

Incident potentially could have caused and injury
The item is great and our cats loved it. However, one of my cats got her paw stuck in the hole, in the mechanism. Luckily she was able to shake herself free but she could have been injured.

Disappointing
This was a gift, not something I would havd purchased myself. What gifts don't come with batteries? Christmas so had to order and wait for batteries. They hate it. In fact they don't hate it they look on it with distain. The noise, the clunkiness is not impressive. I even covered the ridiculous 'mouse' in catnip but the cats sit there with their paws over their ears screaming 'turn it off'
Two cats used to playing daily with interesting, compeling, crafty toys. Bored with this after the first 10 seconds of clunky noise. Will try and find someone willing to take on the 4 chunky battery commitment and a deaf cat.

Idea good, looks good but disappointing
Bought this item, a few days before we got the batteries within a couple of days wasn't working properly so invested in a charger & rechargeable batteries but the toy still wouldn't work so brought back to shop & exchanged for new one. Worked for a few days and the same again, would have brought back for another but in lockdown at present will return it as soon as possible for another exchange.as our cat likes it but if same happens again would have to ask for a refund.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
