Ordered the Karcher K2 Pressure washer directly from Karcher website. Ordering process was quite convenient and product was dispatched within a week. Assembling the product was very easy and user friendly. I washed the car & satisfied with the performance. K2 has sufficient pressure to clean the road grim and dirt. To me it did the job it is meant to do. 👍🏻

Bought a power washer its the second one I've had had my first one for more than five years so bought another one the same I also have a steam mop also I buy the detergents here to for both items and I also have the window karcher to which is great to all great products

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
