Part of the unit is missing
The unit was delivered in three packages on 26/11, & placed in my shed by my request.
Today my kitchen fitters started to unpack the boxes & paint the unit, then realised that the two long side panels were missing.
I didn't know that there should have been 4 packages delivered until they found a note on one of the boxes.
This means that they can't erect the unit & fit my new oven until we get the missing side panels, so please can you arrange for them to be dispatched as a matter of urgency?
Please can you let me know?
