Useless and rubbish customer service!!!!!
Delivered on time, simple to construct. However within a couple of hours of using it the motor broke meaning the pig was ruined and we had no food to feed our guests!!! It says it holds up to 90kg of meat. The pig we had was just over 50kg so should not have broken within an hour or so!!!! Tried contacting customer service by phone, no joy, online chat, no joy!! Emailed and it says they will try to get back to me within 4 working days! Absolute joke!!!!

Very poor
Used this for the first time for our village jubilee party and we were very disappointed. We brought the 90kg capacity roaster but it struggled to fit a 38kg pig on it and the motor really struggled and often slipped when turning causing uneven cooking. Coal capacity is to small we had the pig on for nearly three h hours extra by the time we have finished serving and even then we had to break the pig down and put in the overnight and grill to finish cooking

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
