Brilliant washing machine!!
Great machine, lots of wash settings, very efficient. Really quiet, sometimes you can’t hear if it’s even on! Really good size, perfect for our family. Really pleased with this purchase, highly recommend.

A washing machine worth buying
If you buy this washing machine you won’t be disappointed. Our last machine was another brand (one of the top brands) it lasted 8 years. So far, this has been far better than the other one ever was. The 1400 spin is excellent. Not used all the functions yet but it’s early days. To sum things up, can’t rate this machine highly enough, well worth buying.

Good, but I don't like the door design.
I bought this to replace a 12 year old LG which was still functional but was taking much longer to wash than estimated, and was also too small for my current needs. This machine deals with both those issues: its 9kg capacity is perfect for me and not being direct-drive wash times are pre-set so I don't have to wait ages for the door to open at the end. (There's also no annoying tune!) I've had the machine for a month now and am still working out the many different programs and options, but initial impressions are that it does wash better and rinse more efficiently. What I don't like is that the 'Quick 60' option will only spin on 1400 at 60 degrees.On 30 and 40 it's limited to 1200 and I have to use 'Color Care' to achieve this.
I also don't like the flimsy door. It's black which makes it difficult to see inside, and as the front covers the whole door and isn't recessed makes it easily prone to scratches or even cracking. It's also advertised that the machine has a steam function but I'm yet to find this anywhere in the instructions or online. Overall I'm happy with the price I paid and I just hope it's as durable as the old one.

Easy to use machine.
Easy to use and the results so far have been wonderful, the only snag is that with the door being so dark in colour you cannot see what is happening inside.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
