As good as it gets
I haven’t had it for a long time yet, but it’s such an incredible step up vs my old Beko machine. It’s fast, so quiet I’ve found myself checking whether it was still going, has any imaginable feature you can think of. Most importantly, it washes really well and offers a very complete combination of standard programs and additional options.
The use is really intuitive, the Thinq connected features as a nice added touch, perhaps a bit gimmicky and probably unnecessary, but works flawlessly.
The drying function is also extremely effective and I didn’t know it was something I needed this much!
It’s strongly recommended.

Looks good. Is quiet. Dries well. All improvements on my last machine. I'm pleased so far.
A few peculiarities lose a star.
There is no standalone drain/spin cycle. You can add this into the single "download" slot. But this seems like such a common requirement I don't understand why it's missing.
I also don't like that the machine seems to start-stop squirt water at the start of various cycles. I can appreciate that this might work practically better to clean clothes or clean on the soap dispenser. But the side-effect is that it creates an annoying repetitive 10 second long banging sound in my internal plumbing behind walls and under floorboard. If your pipes are well clipped, perhaps not something you'll notice.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
