I purchased this for my granddaughter. Didn’t open it immediately. However when we decided to assemble it we found one part had already been completed. Several pieces had already been used. Clearly it was someone else’s returned item and sold it to me. I’m still waiting for instructions on how to return it as they are ‘looking’ into it. I can’t recommend it as the customer service has been poor and paying full price for used goods is very disappointing
