I took time to research the chair I wanted & Robert Days were the best on style & value! My chair arrived promptly as advised by email. Although the delivery driver did not offer to bring it in the house. (Important to me as I live alone & have disabilities & the boxes chair was heavy!)
The chair does need to be put together with a series of bolts. Luckily I had a friend to do this for me as I am disabled.
The rollers at the base did take some persuasion to lock into place. Plus fitting the seat to the back of the chair took 2 people.
However the instructions were easy to follow & all parts were present.
The chair exceeded my expectations in comfort!
I love the design.
The release to put the chair in recliner mode is easy to use & has a smooth motion between upright & recline & vice versa.
The chair is 67cm wide which was important to me because of where it will live & the fact that I am only 5ft.
The chair & stool together provide perfect support & relaxing experience from a chair that's used daily.
So pleased with my purchase!
