Cosy any stylish fire

Sooo nice
Lets start with the surround had a mark on it so i got a 10% refund as i couldnt be bothered returning it. However the whole surround and fire are amazing such a centre piece and flame are brill does look real, also noise level is ok my last one i couldnt put on as it was so loud so happy overall

We purchased this a week ago and honestly it's one of our best buys in our 36 Yr marriage! To say it's gorgeous is an understatement , it truly is a great piece of must have furniture if you like us love a cosy home appeal. It's very straightforward to put together even though I actually done nothing , I just stood on the side line making sure my husband didn't miss anything 🙃, he had it up and running under an hour it's just so straightforward, I personally love how the flames "dance" up the fire ,it is lovely to just sit and watch , really relaxing and calming , it's fantastic how realistic it looks , especially on the logs. Just like they have been burning for a while, even giving off a little smokey look too, we didn't think it would be anywhere near as beautiful as the price is so cheap for such amazing quality , the surround height is just perfect 🥰 it really turns a room into your own touch of luxury without the hefty price tag , finally both myself and husband after all these years actually agree with each other! What's not to love ! Seriously if you yourself can afford one certainly do buy , it's worth every single penny.

Beautiful electric fireplace
Absolutely love this fireplace! Turned our cold, boring front room into a beautiful cosy space just in time for Christmas! Can be a little noisy when you out the heating on but doesn't bother us!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
