Warm as Toast!
Bought this a few weeks ago to try and save money on heating. Brilliant - keeps me warm - in fact so efficient only need it on high for about 10-15 minutes and then have to switch it down to low otherwise I'd melt! Very soft and easy to wrap around you or snuggle under. Have subsequently bought another 2 as presents for other members of my family.

Fantastic throw
I purchased this electric over rug in preparation for colder days so i have only just tested it due to mild weather.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
