Missing Plug Adaptor
The package was minus a 2 pin mains adaptor 3 pin plug. I emailed for advice but the lady did not know how to deal with it. As a result the tuner could not be plugged in. I contacted your supplier who did not understand the problem. I was left to sort out the problem myself.
