Overview
The Master Lock Excell® No. M40EURD Discus Padlock features a 70mm wide stainless steel body for maximum strength, reliability and corrosion resistance. The fully shrouded design minimises shackle exposure and protects against bolt cutter attacks.
The 10mm diameter octagonal shackle is 16mm long and made of Tough-Cut™ boron-carbide, 50% harder than hardened steel, offering maximum resistance to cutting and sawing. The 4-pin cylinder prevents picking and the dual locking ball bearings provide maximum resistance against prying and hammering.
With a covered keyway for a maximum weather protection, this strong padlock has a reinforced body bumper that protects against scratches. The Limited Lifetime Warranty provides peace of mind.

Good strong lock at a very reasonable price. Chosen because of the design which appears to make it difficult to get a tool in to force it open. Slick mechanism and easy to open and close.

This was the first real lock I ever picked for fun and managed it in seconds on two of the same model locks. I was shocked how easy it was. There is more or less just one pin holding the lock shut so you could pick it with just about anything. I wouldn't recommend this lock at all for security

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
