Statement lamp
Bought this as a present. It certainly adds the wow factor. It’s a good price compared to other online stores. Delivery was painless and tracking easy. Have knocked a star off for a few niggles that, frankly, I cannot be bothered to ring up and complain about. 1. There a quite a few small scuff marks and scratches on the main pillar and one tiny one on the rim. 2. The lamp was absolutely filthy and so was the main packing box (inside the postage box). I’m talking black dust that leaves black fingerprints…not great when you’re helping to put it together next to new light sofas. 3. The assembly instructions bear no resemblance to what you get and I’m still trying to work out if a bolt in the diagram was missing or already on there! Still, it works. Look, the lamp looks great but, even though this seemed a deal, it’s still not perfect and it is still a fair amount of money to spend on something you expect to be pristine. A little embarrassing as a present.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
