They have been manufactured using a 16mm palisade-style slatted cladding. The space between the boards increases the airflow which helps keep logs dry and ready for use in your log burner.
Each model has been made using pressure-treated timber which increases the product's lifespan, adding strength and guaranteed prevention against wood rot for up to 15 years!

Sturdy log store
We have had this log store for @6 months and we are really pleased with it. The build itself was easy and the resulting log store is strong. It’s holds a cast amount on of wood which remains dry even in the recent rain. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a log store.

Was easy enough to assemble and everything expected in the kit was there , would have preferred if the side panels were designed to be solid instead of gapped but I was aware of what I was getting for the price and decided to take a punt on it and modify it myself if necessary.
Happy enough with the log store it’s doing the job.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
