Great value
Was looking for something tall and slime to fit in the middle of the garden. On paper this looked ideal, it was actually better than i thought. Easy to erect and set in the ground. Brilliant value for money.

Just what I wanted
Bought this for entrance into my secondary garden. Delivery date was arranged at time of order and arrived as agreed. Unfortunately part of the side panel was broken and had to be replaced. All this was done with the minimum of fuss and I was kept informed of progress throughout the process.

Mercia arch
We ordered 2 arches which were to be delivered late June as they were out of stock. We were very happy when Mercia said they had found 4arches in stock and we took delivery on 27/04/21. We were delighted, we just have to assemble them when we divide how we are arranging them. Well done Robert Diaz and Mercia.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
