Sadly very disappointed!!
Started with delivery trouble, to be fair RD refunded the delivery. The sofa was literally lobbed into a box, it was all ripped, therefore the sofa being really quite damaged. Again, RD refunded a small amount, at this point it hadn’t been completely set up and the table wasn’t put up. When I did put the table up, it was wonky and 2 screws just wouldn’t go in. I requested a refund as the quality is just not of a good standard. I was then told I had to go and buy a box to send it back, absolutely ridiculous… I’m now left with a damaged sofa & table, which won’t withstand much use at all, and out of pocket. Very disappointed with Robert Dyas on this occasion. Maybe it was an unlucky ‘faulty’ item, but I really am not happy with any part of it, or the small “good will” refund!

Horrendous
Purchased Monaco Rattan outdoor furniture when it arrived it was damaged. Sent off photos & requested it be uplifted with full refund! XDP contacted me to get uplift address & to confirm post code. The postcode given to them was incorrect One week later through the same process got a 2hr uplift slot. Failed to turnup! Same process another week later turned up to uplift both boxes with a full van of deliveries!!! 8hrs later he returned with empty van. Now a month after delivery I have my Refund. Horrendous experience 4hrs wasted wait on an uplift! No apology Demanding refund of £200 for my time spent Waiting?
