Lovely retro dishwasher
After attempting to purchase this Dishwasher for many months ( appears they are sold immediately they are released by Montpellier) I found this at Robert Dyas. Delivery was within days and also free, delivery men could not have been more helpful. The actual dishwasher is, well, a dishwasher! It washes dishes quietly and well. However it looks amazing, so very retro

Brought this about six weeks ago and so far really pleased. Robert Dyas the company we purchased it from were excellent. Price matched. Delivery faultless. This dishwasher has a retro feel and has matched into our cream kitchen cupboards as we hoped. Looks stylish.
The machine is not too loud and we can run it in kitchen whilst we are watching TV next door in lounge and no disturbance. I like that the operating buttons are concealed.withon the dishwasher door so they cannot be accidentally leant on or fiddled with by small children.

Slight issue, resolved fairly quick.
First arrived broken, took a few days of calling but eventually managed to get it sorted. Pleased with the replacement dishwasher now.

Disappointed
Disappointing and not as good as my previous old one. I purchased because it’s the only cream one available. Doesn’t wash well every-time. Took lid off cutlery basket as annoying prefer open like my previous one as otherwise you can’t stack larger cutlery in. Also cutlery basket does not have one section that is larger for wider items. Takes longer to wash on every cycle compared to my old one, plus don’t like buttons in the inside of the machine as can’t see when finished, only a very faint beep. Also you can’t therefore turn off like a front button one to add extra bits otherwise get blasted with water ! No need for all the functions, tried them all and some are just really pointless. Less is more in this case to be honest. I would not buy again. For me so many minuses. Unfortunately this is the only cream model now otherwise would have stayed with other make. Bought as matches the new cream washer I purchased - though wish I had just carried on with my old dishwasher. Looks nice and retro style but really disappointed on the cleaning ( you can adjust salt and rinse aid) made no difference - believe me we have tried, which is what it’s for. If you don’t need a cream colour one, I wouldn’t buy.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
