The Beetroot ‘Boltardy’ (Beta vulgaris) is a bolt-resistant variety, ideal for early sowings. You can use these plants as baby or mature beets. Perfect for all sorts of dishes and salads.
Beetroot is an excellent source of folate and a good source of potassium. Roast, boil, pickle or use raw for a variety of dishes.
You can harvest these plants from June to October. They thrive best in partial sunlight and like a well-cultivated and fertile soil for maximum growth.
