I bought this just before Christmas and so have used for several weeks before reviewing. Setting up was a bit fiddly, took me a while to understand little diagrams for how to attach wheels. Also took quite a while to get it to work as one of the little plastic prongs on the timer wheel was stuck fast. I haven’t used timer, seems very complicated to understand in instructions. The heater itself warms up quickly but I find it takes a lot longer to actually warm the room - I’m using in a room that’s around 20 ft by 10ft. It’s a nice looking item and I think decent value for money. But the biggest drawback for me is there is no temperature gauge, so you have no idea what temperature the heater is set at. You click button 1 for low heat, button two for medium heat, both buttons for high heat, then turn the dial. It then turns it’s self off when it’s reached that heat setting. Personally I wish I’d paid a bit more to have a heater with a temperature gauge. Robert Dyas as a company - ordering was easy, communication good, items were well packaged, and impressively arrived earlier than estimated a day or two before Christmas.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
