Love Nadiyas oven tray set
I'm absolutly thrilled with these oven trays, they have excellent non stick coating and they heat up quicky allowing bakes to rise easily and well. They wash easily and usually only need a wipe clean.the blue colour is delightful.

Baking Trays
Very useful baking trays, I’m really impressed with the nonstick coating. The only downside is when washed in the dishwasher the water collects in the outside rim, causing it to go rusty.

Should be better
These Nadiya Hussain oven trays from Prestige are rubbish. My first set arrived damaged (a manufacturing defect where a corner had hit something sharp and subsequently began to rust, inside the shipping box). My replacement set arrived in perfect condition, but began to rust underneath the rolled edge (they hadn’t coated the steel with paint). Because the water pooled inside this dusting rolled edge, it left rusty water all over my clean dishwasher items and all over my kitchen floor when I removed them.
Customer service was very good though, and the non stick coating was good too (for the 1 week I used the trays!)

Rust from rolled edges even after first hand wash
These just rust from rolled edges even after first hand wash even worse in dishwasher. Ordered 2 replacements but these also rust same as first trays. Not good for either Prestige or Nadiya.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
