I bought this product from Robert Dyas in Richmond where a very courteous young Man served me, service with a smile very rare these days. The product is excellent value. A present for my little Grandson who was overjoyed and uses the Microscope to look up everything up close. Definitely a winner

Dirty used microscope.
I choose this microscope because it had the smartphone adaptor. But on receiving the package i had taken the box out of the delivery bag, the box looked damaged like it had been dropped a few times. Then i took the microscope out and accidently pressed the button to find batteries already in. Then i had a look at the microscope, it was full of dirty finger prints and there was a bug stuck to the microscope. Also the bits and pieces that you get with the microscope were not in their plastic sleeves. It was quite obvious this package had not been dropped but recent several times hence why the box looked damage. I sent it straight back.
