Ninja wood fired BBQ
Ordered ninja wood fire arrived quickly, great service. Well it’s amazing, cooked a range of meat with and without probe to better results than expected. The smoker really does add that extra flavour. Cooked steaks medium rare and well done for my wife, they were lovely. Can’t fault this machine.

Brilliant barbecue - highly recommended
Fantastic barbecue - we are very impressed with our wood fire barbecue from Ninja. It is simple to use and the taste of the food we have cooked sodas (whole chicken, burgers, chicken breasts, prawns is just phenomenal. The chicken is so succulent and flavoursome.
It is a great size for a family barbecue, and looks great too!

Fantastic results and simple to use
We have used this every weekend and even a couple of weeknights since purchase! So easy to use and has amazing results. We did a whole smoked leg of lamb for Easter which was just fantastic- could not be happier with it.

On the road in the motorhome with the Ninja Smoker
I have been very impressed with my new Ninja xxl smoker out door grill. Cooking a Roast beef and whole chicken with the temperature probe turning the meat to be cooked perfectly. The grill and the air fryer is plenty larger enough to feed the family. With the Ninja only drawing 1.7Kw it will be good for travelling in the motorhome on sites with low amps circuit protection

Great and very welcomed size improvement.
Great size improvement from the smaller model which we still use when it's just my wife and I. Love the addition of the temp probe, but find it disappointing that it doesn't give an indication of time remaining, makes it hard to determine when to start cooking other ingredients. My only other criticism is the stated temperature ranges quoted in the manual do not align with reality. In one section of the manual it states the temp can be lowered to 20C (not sure why you'd ever want to go so low) but I was looking forward to being able to cook a brisket at 90C using the smoker only to find it can't be set to that temp. Maybe I've missed something or not doing something correctly, if so, would love to hear how to cook at 90C.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
