Great Item Great Value
Great item, exactly as described. Was easy to put together by myself. Shrink wrapped bolts, washers etc were out of alignment, but was easy to sort out what was what exactly. Very happy with this and is lovely to sit on and relax.

Comfy 3 seater swing chair
Looks great, went together pretty well with one exception where 2 of the holes didn't quite match up and has withstood the high winds we've had of late (with a cover over it). Also really comfy. Glad I went with the 3 seater as opposed to the 2 seater - I can put my feet up!

Garden Swing
Lovely swing, very comfy, quite easy to assemble, needs 2 people to assemble. Only problem is that it’s likely to tip over, due to its design of the legs, we plan to get some pegs to fasten it down

Looks nice from a distance
Paint on the frame work is very poor, the much cheaper swings I've seen in other stores have a much better finish. One of the sides was also dented in a number of places. Also the swing doesn't line up properly and sits more to one side.
From a far it looks nice, but up close looks very cheap considering it wasn't.

Not great
Delivery was a sham no contact not delivered when it was meant to be one guy turned up and left it at the door with the cater at my house it was too he’s y to lift so had to drag through house I wanted it brought around the side but he was gone before I even had chance to say - terrible trying to get through to Robert Dyas chased x3
Quality mediocre not good value it’s up now and I do enjoy sitting on it but I wouldn’t recommend

Hopeful for lazy summer from
Almost but not quite
The parts were well packaged and well labelled. The instructions were reasonably clear and easy to follow. I managed to assemble the swing bench on my own although a 2 person build would have been easier. The final details on assembly were not up to standard. M6 fasteners are overlong and plastic caps will not fit. Canopy is loose in clamp mouldings and hand bolt repeatedly loosens.
These points are under review with Robert Dyas, still to be resolved.
Main seat cushion is to short and end/arm cushions do not either sit on the seat cushion or, at the ends.
Mostly comfortable to use but very irritating with rattling canopy and frequently re-adjusting cushions.

Arrived damaged; poor supplier response
Delivered 4th Oct in a battered box; multiple components chip and dented & will rust when left outside. It should not have been sent out by the supplier. It's now 2 weeks later and am still waiting on replacement parts. No compensation for the inconvenience has been offered by the supplier. Robert Dyas Customer services have been very good to chase down resolution. You might get lucky and not get a damaged one!
