Very easy to use with clear and concise instructions. Good display and really easy to fit sleeve in its proper position on your arm.

The arm band and monitor is easy to use and the read out is clear.
The app is a bit clunky. If you don't return to homepage before you leave the app it freezes up next time you go to the app. The solution been to re-start your phone device.
