Selling damaged products
This item arrived damaged and the structure was compromised. There are long wide cracks in the pieces of wood. It appears no one is auditing the item before it is delivered to the consumer unfortunately. I have also read this in reviews like trust pilot and other sites. It is a big shame because it is a beautiful item.

Stay well away from this swing!
Extremely poor quality, its only been a couple of weeks and already the wood is splitting in several places, this swing will not survive the winter thats a fact! It's impossible to find a cover large enough for it, so its constantly exposed to the weather.
Also, I've never seen so much wood filler outside of a tin in my life! I think the swing must be 90%wood and 10% filler. All in all its not worth the money and impossible to return after youve used it and thrown the packaging away. Definitely a waste of money.

I wouldn't recommend this product. We assembled it, making sure we were doing it correctly. When you sit on it in sofa mode, the seat does not stay level. I think this is a design fault of the product. Robert Dyas have taken a very long time to say they will issue a refund (although I am still waiting to receive it) and they have still not managed to pick up the product.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
