Good product for the price
Bought this pergola with some trepidation after reading other reviews.But I have to say it was easy to assemble, it took two of us about 2 hours. Only hiccup was placing the poles through the fabric and attaching them to the rails, we thought the poles were too small but actually the legs were slightly leaning in so checking with a spirit level we adjusted them and all sorted. It’s not the thickest metal but I think it’s adequate for the job. The fabric is a medium weight so also is good enough. We keep it retracted when it’s not being used , we did use it when it was breezy and it did a great job as a wind barrier but obviously it’s not going to withstand a gale just like a parasol wouldn’t. We secured it with fabric sand bags as it’s on a concrete patio. Overall very pleased , it’s a reasonable price and it looks fantastic.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
