Perfect for our garden
Great value and comfortable. Looks great on our decking. Very good quality. Delivered in 2 parts which I wasn’t notified, so confused when I only got half but the rest was delivered the next day. The back is lower than I realised but that’s my fault for not looking at the measurements.

Great product - shame about the delivery
This is a great product but as it was delivered in 3 separate boxes over a 2 week period we were very frustrated with the whole process of ordering. Customer services were only able to provide minimal help as the product was coming from another distributor who (when googled) only had a 1 star rating. we spent over 3 hours on the phone (multiple calls) trying to locate all the boxes for the delivery

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
