Worst flat park I’ve ever put together
Firstly, the instructions are diabolical and I’m usually good at following flat pack instructions. In parts we had to make new holes which does happen with flat packs from time to time. There were parts leftover that had no mention of other than the checklist at the beginning. After going through the instructions for a third and fourth time to find out where they went I worked it out for myself.
The materials are flimsy and the screw they provide are not long enough in places.
If you’re thinking of buying this I would keep looking as I don’t think it’s worth the price even at the reduced price and if you’re attempting to put this together with your partner you could very well end up single by the end of it!!!

Terrible Quality
After multiple times assembling and reassembling.
Holes are not correctly located, instructions are terrible, and poor quality product.

What a waste of money..don't buy.
I bought this and delivery was fantastic ...thats the only good thing about this shed. There are holes that don't line up or arent pressed properly. There are panels that are bent out of shape and it is flimsy. The door does not close properly and most important IT DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK. So if you are buying this for tools etc they will not be secure.
This takes a while to erect not the 2 hours stated in the instructions.
Then there's the instructions...hard to see and follow.
Sadly you won't realise that this is not fit for purpose until you have erected it.
Then you can't return it.
Waste of money DON'T BUY.
If I had a choice this would have no star rating.

Massively disappointed
I have just spent 2 nights erecting this shed with my brother in law. The door frame does not fit properly and is warped, there is a massive gap between the door and frame so the rain will get in. The instructions were awful and the book had no instructions in English so we had to go by the diagrams alone. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me asap.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
