Absolute bargain for the price
Bought this yesterday, was slightly concerned with reviews but had ordered something from MH Star before and so took the risk. It came today and I managed to assemble in an hour or so. Maybe the quality has improved but nothing was too badly out of line. But for £70 this is an absolute bargain of a bench. My one worry is I'm not sure how strong it is. I may reinforce it at some point but value for money wise this bench is on point. Yes the quality isn't top notch but I'm not sure what people expect. It's a ridiculously good deal when something else I found similar was 3 times as much

Mine was put together by my daughter and son in law. However no matter what they tried the table bit will not go back to make the bench.

Garbage
Every hole is 1-10mm off, check the attached photo - these bolts were meant to be coaxial but they are at least 1cm away. Worst thing, many holes are 4-5mm away so there is no way you can use them but it's impossible to drill a new one as it would overlap with the old one. Had to patch the wrong ones with a spare Ikea peg first. Four holes, the most tricky ones, were just absent. Hard to believe an adult could do his job like that. Also, many planks are split, see the photos.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
