Lovely BBQ and reasonably priced.
Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the item arrived with a dent in the hood and one of the trays. It was not the sellers fault but the delivery company who had clearly dropped the box. Robert Dyas, after emails and photo proof give me a part refund to avoid taking this apart again and arranging for a courier to collect. The BBQ itself is a really nice size and the added hob on the side is handy. This was quite fiddly to build as only 2 pieces were numbered but we got there after about 6 hours. Very pleased with this.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
