Very comfortable
Ive bought this sun lounger a month ago arrived fast in a huge box unfortunately the brand new & not cheap lounger was full of scratches on the metallic parts on the sides , legs etc. Which is very disappointing the other negative thing its very heavy and a bit difficult to open and close every evening and put it away.
I like it as its very comfortable for an afternoon nap in the garden ;)

Disappointing
The legs of the chairs must be wrapped in clear plastic, before they are put together. So when they arrived we had to pull the plastic off - but it’s behind every screw and join so you can’t get it all out, so it looks awful now with bits of plastic flapping. When you adjust the angle of the back using the arm rests, it doesn’t always catch properly, so as you’re sitting there you suddenly fall back. Also when you try to move them you have to watch your fingers in the hinges. They just feel very cheaply made. I’m disappointed, and will have to look for new ones for next summer as I feel we’re going to hurt ourselves on these.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
