Colour ????
Due to the poor weather I have only just opened the package and cannot believe the discrepancy in the colour on the picture which looks grey and would match the rest of my garden furniture and the actual deep brown colour .
The product itself looks good quality but obviously I have not assembled it and the delivery was extremely quick .

Very disappointing
This purchase from Robert Dias was a disaster. This took weeks to arrive due to getting lost. Trying to contact Robert Dias or Evri was impossible. I can confirm thatbi shall never purchase anything again from Robert Dias. Shame as the table when it eventually arrived was great.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
