Best gazebo for family time
Amazing so easy to put up it saved my family Christmas IV a 2 bed house all family came 13 adults and 10 children all the men and smokers stayed in the gazebo all day kept everyone dry as it rained plus we were quite warm too. I would highly recommend this gazebo and easy to put away back in the bag .

Heavy duty gazebo
Alot better then the cheaper ones.but wish they would make the curtain sides longer. To stop the wind flapping them.alkso needs metal hooks to hold them better. Valcro isn't any good. To hold them very well.

Not very heavy duty
This went up easily out the box, and i was really pleased with how it went together. However, under some light gusts of wind ( weather app stated around 15mph max) one of the legs completely buckled near the top, on straightening it, it then snapped off in my hand.It had been up for about an hour. R Dyas Customer Service got back to me quickly, but told me the product was discontinued and they couldn’t send me a new leg, but instead they refunded my money. So, product was 1 star, Robert Dyas Customer Service team was 5 star, averaged it out at 3 Star.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
