Swing bed with gazebo
It has a very sturdy frame. It takes two people to build it but well worth the effort. We are pleased with it and would recommend buying this.

Lovely, but not the same colour as on screen
Really lovely swing, very well made. The colour is very cream, the colour on screen is quite deceiving. There is no rings for the curtains as advertised, it is velcro attachment. Also, the cushions on the swing feel a little cheap too.

Needed work
Stitching on all four corner pieces which keep the roof cover taught on the frame were not stiched correctly and fell apart. It was necessary to take the cover to the local shoe repair shop and have it double stitched correctly (chargeable). The rear horizontal bar bent with no sign of damaged packaging. Instructions poor.
Now that it is up it is very comfortable and worth the money

APPALLING
Item arrived with wrong pieces so we were unable to use it for Easter weekend they were unable to supply the missing piece so offered me £20 discount or return the seat in the original packing but I had thrown the box away assuming it was fit for use had the item 2 weeks unable to use so I have had to pay someone to modify it so I can use it never again !!!

Faulty product
Arrived very quickly but unfortunately during assembly found out that holes are misaligned one of the poles. For past two and a half weeks been waiting for the faulty part to be sent or the swing to be returned if part is not available with no luck so far. Instead of a swing we have ended up with two huge boxes sitting in our living room which is very inconvenient.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
