I have opened the parcel and the product looks very sturdy and firm. As it is not yet warm enough to sit out I haven't any opinion as to how comfortable it is. Delivery was very good/.

So comfortable
Looked for a long time to find a comfortable sun lounger and this is it. I have really bad joints and find it hard to get comfy. The cushion is great but it’s not too bad without it either.
It’s a bit higher than some sun loungers so it helps getting on and off. Just buy it

A must have item
This is a must have item. It’s sturdy and well made. My only grip is the cushion is a pain to tie in place. I put hook and loop tape top, middle and bottom to solve the issue.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
