We got there in the end
I bought this as I required more chairs for an event but as it arrived without the nuts and bolts to assemble it was of no use but after much chatting online and emails going backwards and forwards the nuts and bolts duly arrived and although it was too late for my event I assembled the chairs and table in remarkably short time much to the amusement of my husband who did not want to know. But he has to agree that they look very good and he is pleased with them.

Garden furniture
It took 2 off us over an hour to put together, 2 of the screw holes had nothing to screw into. And were not lined up! Made it very hard.
we had to use a totally different screw for one of the holes , so not an easy task, had to make do as too much hassel to return! The furniture itself was nice.

Table arrived damaged, poor quality.
Sadly the table was damaged and the quality wasn’t great. We returned the very heavy and bulky package back to a store ourselves to get it out of the way. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Refund was in our account by the time we arrived home. I think we’ll pay a bit extra and buy a set we can see first.

Disappointed !
Received the Hyundai lawnmower yesterday and although the mower is fine, the battery is faulty. I have contacted Hyundai direct and waiting for a response. So disappointed. Unusually for your Company as what I have bought previously has always been fine.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
