Would buy again - excellent product
This was bought to help with a problem with rain water ingress around a door. The instructions were brilliant, it was simple to fit even having never done one of these before, the item itself is fantastic quality and it has proved very effective. Simple modern design, looks more expensive than it is.

looks good!
I fitted one of these recently, it was easy to fit and looks good. It is definitely a two-man job to fit but goes together well. I only have two gripes 1) The silicone sealant around the two big brackets in the back corners are a swine to seal once everything is in place, 2) It is a bit of a stretch to fit the final rubber seal on the acrylic at the back, this is just about doable on the 5' canopy but would be impossible on the 7' canopy without getting on top of it (which you're not supposed to do). Overall though very pleased with it.

Fiddly but works well
Looks good once it’s up but my goodness is it fiddly! It cannot be assembled and then attached to the wall so you’re going to be spending a lot of time up a ladder!

Bad quality screws
everything looked right but when i was going to install the last screws they break as butter. those ones where different and does not fit very well into their place, also the star shape broke easily and i was not able to remove them for replacement.
too expensive for the poor quality they deliver.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
