A Light Weight yet powerful Trimmer
I was given the Panasonic ER-GB52 Rechargeable Bread/Hair Trimmer as part of the Panasonic Reviewer Program about 3 weeks ago. I found the trimmer does exactly what it says it will do. The Trimmer works very well on either wet or dry hair. It has 19 length settings from 1mm through to 10mm in half mm increments'. I found that the Trimmer has a really good battery life and an easy to use charging station. I would suggest maybe some rubber feet on the charging station to stop it from sliding as much. The Trimmer is easy to clean by simply by running water through the inlet and allowing to air dry, before adding some oil to the blade before storage/recharging. The Trimmer comes with a body hair attachment that is easy to change from the beard attachment. This makes for a more comfortable use. The Trimmer is ergonomically and very well designed. It is quiet when you use it and there is little to no vibration felt through your hand. Being light weight I found there was more accurate control especially in difficult to reach areas. A thought for the future would be to include a travel/storage bag with the Trimmer. I would and have recommended this trimmer to my Family and Friends

Would definitely buy this product
I was given the Panasonic GB52 as part of the Panasonic reviewer program. After using this product I would definitely recommend to a friend. I use a trimmer daily and once a week on my head. This shaver makes it so easy to do this, other trimmers I have had previously have heads that interchange and this can become annoying. With this trimmer it can be done with a twist. So I can easily change from a 1mm setting for my beard to a 3mm setting for my head. Also without all these attachments it is a lot easier to store and travel with. Battery life is also very good.

Highly recommended
Please note that this product was given to me by Panasonic to review as part of the Panasonic Reviewer program. The product came nicely packaged with accessories and cleaning oil and brush. I found the trimmer machine very ergonomically and light, the charging dock is very stable. There are different size of comb attachments and are very easy to change and use. The turning deal position is very cool and easy to change with one hand. It is a great trimmer, it is really quiet, and there is no tugging at all, even using this in body hair. It is quick and precise too without making a mess. I like the fact that is fully washable and easy to clean. Also it is a perfect size in my bathroom or to pack in my travels. In general I think this is a great product and better that my old trimmer machines.

To start at the beginning. I have been asked by Panasonic to review the ER-GB52 as part of the Panasonic reviewer programme. Straight away, the packaging is strikingly masculine Noir and sexy. Open the flap and the tray slips out. Nice and easy First time charging requires 20 hours. However since then I have had no need to recharge and have used the trimmer every day for over 10 min over the last week.( Panasonic say should last up to 50min before recharging). Well exceeded. I am a Hirsute guy and covered in the stuff so this baby has been put through its paces Body shaving with the attachment on for underarms and pelvic area was excellent quick with no nicks and brings a whole new meaning to "Safety Razor". As for the chest and legs I initially used without the comb (due to the thickness and length of hair) but worked a treat. Beard trimming was accurate easy and precise thanks to the 19 point dial, lightweight construction and powerful but quite motor. Thing s to get right. First ensure that the shaver has been placed correctly in the charger by CLICKING firmly into place and does not wobble. After each use clean the hair/stubble with brush provided and water, most importantly detach the blade unit(small pressure applied to the top, and blade pops out) to clean between the blades, and do not forget to lubricate as the oil keeps the blade sharp and true. Read and follow the instructions. Do these simple things get the most for years. I am very impressed with this product and found it difficult to find fault (I tried) yes there are niggles but overall can only recommend this useful and powerful trimmer.

I was given this product to test by Panasonic as part of the Panasonic Reviewer Program. It came partly charged & ready for use although it needed to be fully charged. The instructions were easy to follow so the first time using it was quite simple. There is a wide range of cutting heights, changed by a rotary control while the attachments are quickly & easily changed. Cleaning the product was quick & easy, either by washing or brushing while charging took about the same time as my usual trimmer. It works equally well for wet or dry trimming. Storage is not too much of a problem as all components are fairly compact. Overall a very pleasing product.

I think this is a great product
I was recently given this product by Panasonic to review as part of the Panasonic reviewer program, I am very impressed, what a great bit of kit! Not only does it give my beard a neat trim but I am a gentleman who likes to keep his hair short. A simple adjustment and my wife was able to give me a decent haircut! Great result as it's not possible to get to the barbershop as often as I would like. This GB52 trimmer would probably pay for it's self with the money I can save from a ten minute haircut.

A nice piece of kit for your body grooming arsenal !
I was given this Panasonic ER-GB52 Beard And Body Trimmer to review as part of the Panasonic Reviewer Programme. I wish I'd bought one years ago. I struggled for decades, keeping 'body hair' in check with a rotary shaver. Big plus: No nicks & cuts whilst grooming the awkward, sensitive & wobbly bits. What a relief. A nice, close & comfortable trim is achieved with the 'body' attachment. I have been able to replace my daily body trim from a rotary to a twice a week, better, closer, less risky groom with the Panasonic ER-GB52. Time efficient ! I don't have a beard, preferring a close shave, so thought only the 'trimmer with the body attachment' would be of interest to me. I was wrong. Using the 'beard' attachment , on setting 4.5 I was, for the first time, able to trim my own eyebrows. Something, up until now, only the barber did. For me, a major step forward. Whats in the Box ? ER-GB52 trimmer, beard attachment, body attachment, cleaning brush, tube of oil, Charging unit, instructions & warranty. Everything is packed well & secure, so it's not going to get damaged 'in transit' if you buy online. What works well ? The ER-GB52 trimmer with either body or beard attachment. The beard attachment has a wide range ninteen adjustments. The body attachment has no adjustment, none are necessary: you want 'close' and that is delivered. It feels ergonomic to hold. With around 50 minutes of run-time, a one week holiday is possible without taking the charger. The 'on' button needs to be pressed and held down for a second to maintain motion, so no accidental activations. What could be improved ? The charger. Works well, but has only one, steady, red light. Small niggle, but valid: In today's environmentally conscious world, a green 'fully charged' indicator would have been appropriate. I returned home from work one evening, the Panasonic ER-GB52 was not where I left it. Turns out the wife had given it a trial, too. Thumbs up, X 2 then !

Hair to day gone tomorrow. Perfect trimmer.
I am part of the Panasonic reviewer program. David Winfield.I have owned a hair trimmer for years. The GB Beard and body trimmer looks stylish and does look good on show in the bathroom. On first impressions I thought oh plastic heads. Will these break. When I used and changed the heads they are strong and clip on firmly. This dispelled my first impressions. With or without the heads the shaver gives an excellent trim. Once you pick it up you do not want to put it down. The design fits you grip well. It's very easy to use and the blade adjustment can be done easily with one hand. The blade can trim or design any facial or body hair. I would recommend a good mirror so that you can see where you are trimming no matter what part of your body you are trimming. The blade head and shaver body is small enough the give a detailed trim as it doesn't get in the way. The shaver is light and strong. The cheaning of the shaver and accessories couldn't be easier. The charger is a little bit bulky bit the shaver looks great on it's stand. It has a three pin plug attached. The shaver locks into the stand so It can't fall out. The accessories have to be stored separately. This shaver is not the cheapest but if you want to look like a stylish gentleman then it's the one for you.
