Not as great as I thought!
My cat likes to pee up against the wall which means that her urine collects in the side and under the tray. If I don't clear it everyday it leaves a strong smell, unfortunately, I end up cleaning/washing the tray and unit on most days. It would have been better for us if the tray was high. I'm sure it'll work well for cats who sit in the litter in the usual way. The plastic is strong and sturdy along with a swing flap and it gives our cat privacy.

Not fit for purpose and a total waste of money
My cats pee leaks out of the tray as it’s so shallow and into the inside of the housing then leaks on the floor. We have to clean it up multiple times a day and it leaves an awful smell so we have had to go out today and buy a new one from pets at home. DONT BUY!

Very poor design
Well that was a waste if money, I gave it away after 2 weeks and had ti buy another one at Pets At Home. Although the entire box is huge, the tray inside it’s really small so not adapt for an average cat size like mine. Also the pees leakes out so I had to clean the outer box pretty much every day. I would not recommend it! Not worth the £60 I wasted

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
