I'm a lesbian and I love shopping at Robert Dyas
Really great service from Robert Dyas – item was received promptly and well packaged. The tank is a good size for a small reptile, amphibian or new world terrestrial tarantula, especially for the price. It comes with a basic temperature strip sticker (probably better to use one purchased separately) and a plastic leaf dish. It's study and the mesh lid is easy to slide in and out of place. It comes with two self-adhesive folding clips you stick onto the front to fold over the lid, to keep it closed. Given that this is the mechanism to open and close the tank, I wouldn't recommend this product for any species that is fast moving and likely to make a break for freedom. Otherwise, it's a decent option for the price.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
