Time consuming and fiddly
This took forever to build, even with help. The quality is average, there were chips on the edges of the joins and having to create holes to put screws in was very frustrating. Put me off ordering flat pack furniture ever again

Happyish with drawers
Although I am very happy with the drawers, my delivery was a nightmare, only 1 box got delivered & had to wait a week for the 2nd box to finally get delivered.

Cheap rubbish
I brought this unit along with a 5 draw unit, first of all the delivery was a nightmare. One box was damaged in transit so we didn’t receive anything for 2 weeks. After a few phone calls confirming I still wanted my order and insisting that they change the courier (which they wouldn’t) XDP finally delivered my two units. After reading reviews on some websites it appears I’m not the only person they’ve messed around. So onto the units… cheap and not so cheerful, for some reason (I’m guessing to save money) the bottom of the draw fronts are not edged just leaving rough chip board on show, covered in scratches and generally unfinished. The draws also only open about half the depth of the draws, I think this is due to the cheap draw runners used.
Trust me save your money any find a better product.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
