Great CoffeeIt great that you can filter the coffee and froth the milk at the same time. Our last machine you couldn't. Easy to use, and the coffee tastes great.

Richard LIt is a very good machine, making an excellent cup of coffee!!
We use L’Oréal coffee anyway and the milk frother has overcome the hot spot burning milk on to the surface of the Nespresso problem. Very pleased with it

Fantastic machine !!After using Tassimo machines for a number of years, we were stepping out of our coffee comfort zone purchasing a L’or machine.
I can honestly say I am so glad we did !! I love the diversity the machine offers. There are so many compatible pods that can be used with this machine, which allows you to find the coffee that suits you. The coffee is nice and hot and the milk from the frother is lovely and hot too. It takes 1 minute and 40 seconds for the milk to heat and froth so I suggest you start that before you choose your coffee and cup size. I took the whisk part off the frother after seeing a few videos saying it creates too much froth. I also add flavoured coffee syrup to my lattes, and you really do get that coffee shop taste with the L’or pods. Personally I prefer to use a higher intensity coffee (11) for a latte so you don’t lose that coffee taste with the volume of milk. I have purchased a number of different intensities to give them all a try depending on what drink I am making.
I had seen a few reviews elsewhere saying the milk frother is awkward to clean because you can’t submerse it in water. Don’t let this put you off, If you run it under the hot tap (obviously don’t let water get to the bottom electrical part) and give it a wipe round the inside with a clean dishcloth, it’s no bother at all. I think this machine is going to be my new favourite toy and I can’t wait to try out all my new coffees.

MartinUsed for a week now. Seems to be a poor build quality and less easy to use compared to my previous Magimix machine, which is odd for Philips. The coffee pod is already slightly unclosed after use. In my opinion the coffee output is not so tasty either, not sure why this is, possibly water pressure? The milk frother is less easy to use too. Still, for a practically free machine, I guess you get what you pay for. I can’t see me using it for long.

The milk frother isn’t working properly. No froth and Luke warm milk. Have contacted you to try and sort this out but you’ve not responded. As it is currently, you would get zero stars if it allowed. Will update when/if you sort this.
