Replacement machine
Purchased the L’OR sublime to replace an old broken nespresso machine. Liked the style and price. Very impressed that my favourite pods taste even better with the new machine and that it automatically knows to increase amount of coffee with bigger pods. Most definitely would recommend this machine.

A really easy to use pod coffee machine that look stylish and performs to a very high standard. The pods are easy to order online or just buy in your local supermarket. The machine is easy to clean and even easier to set up. I am really pleased with it.

I love my machine, I
I love my machine, I bought it to replace a well known brand and I wish I’d done it sooner. It’s compact and so quiet. Your coffees are also so tasty, no bitter aftertaste. If you’re toying with getting one of these machines, do it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic
I took a while to do my research on purchasing a new coffee machine. This does meet my expectations. It's simple to use, the pods are recyclable, I now use this insted of my kettle too. My only complaint is the size of cup you can get underneath. But a normal size mug fits perfectly. I'm extremely happy. I would recommend to others too.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
