Shocking - do not buy
Really gutted as this was the perfect compact size to fit in our child's room. The quality was shocking - like the other reviewer said nothing lined up properly and bits were missing. We should have sent it back. 3 months later and the whole thing fell collapsed when my daughter but something too heavy on it. Absolute rubbish!

Shocking quality do not buy
After waiting two weeks for it to arrive my daughter was really excited to have it in her room. What should have been a quick bit of flat pack furniture took hours to put together! Hardly anything lined up correctly and the back plate had two of the pre drilled holes missing to enable us to attach it, which meant guesswork trying to get them drilled ourselves in the right place! The quality of the paintwork was awful and two of the legs had brown marks all over them that did not come off, these are going to need repainting! This item should never have made it past quality control to even be sent out!
We spent a long time trying to find a small enough dressing table, they no longer have this product on their website and given this is in the middle of the COVID19 lockdown, we have not bothered to return it and will fix it up ourselves. However given the price versus quality I would never buy furniture from Robert Dyas again!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
