Very poorly made and impossible to assemble
Referring to the assembly instructions: the two uprights (C & D) could only be joined if the small hanger fitment (G) was excluded - this was because the screw bar (M) is not long enough to engage with the holes (not proper screw threads) in the ends of C & D (OK, we can manage without that fitment); but it is impossible fo fix the main hooks (F) to the pole extension (E) because the drilled holes in E retain the drilled-out mental inside, so there is no clean edge to engage the threads of the fixing screws. After this point we gave up. We may have been unlucky with the particular item we received (which also had a badly scratched base owing to inadequate packing - a wafer-thin circle of polystyrene - fragmented!) but on this evidence, it has proved to be a complete waste of money. (We did get a refund, but are stuck with the item, but this review is posted as a warning to others, although Robert Dyas say they've never had any previous complaints!)
